Traffic density is increasing, buildings are expanding, and previously undeveloped areas are falling victim to urban development in cities and towns. Shaded seating is hard to find. Hot summers with periods of drought and heat are becoming more frequent. Climate change can no longer be ignored. A major problem worldwide...

For many years, construction and urban planners, architects, and designers have been considering how our communities can become more sustainable again. Better air quality and an atmosphere with less pollution and fewer greenhouse gases must be created.

Comprehensive greening of cities and communities is the most important prerequisite for this. In densely built-up areas, it is often difficult to find suitable locations for trees.

That's where we started. Individually designed, movable trees with real plants – it didn't take long from the idea to the implementation. The "Dresden Trees" were born...
